To celebrate the International Women’s Day, Shirazi Training Company arranged a Professional Grooming session for all the female staff, focusing on empowering and elevating their professional presence. This event was designed to celebrate the achievements of women and provide our team with the tools to look and feel their best as they navigate their careers.
The session took place at the Group’s Training Center (HRTC) Karachi on 10th March 2025 from 8:30 am till 2:30 pm. It was a hybrid session, keeping Head Office, Karachi Branch and female staff from Shirazi Investments Limited also attended the session in person while Lahore and Islamabad Branch on VC. The main objective of this session was to provide insights on how women can enhance their personal presentation and build confidence in both professional and social settings.
Ms. Sania Jalil is a Professional & Seasoned Facilitator, successfully conducted the interactive session with lots of activities including balloon games, role-playing and different exercises regarding teamwork, making the learning process fun and effective.
