For mail centers and presort service bureaus that process large volumes of incoming and outgoing mail, Olympus II MT is a high-speed MLOCR sorter that offers maximum throughput and flexibility. The Olympus II MT has an innovative feeder that will process a variety of mixed letter mail. The friction-based feeder design allows mail to be processed at speeds of up to 36,000 pieces per hour with DL letter mail and up to 42,000 pieces per hour with smaller envelopes. World-class OCRs options and flexible software-based technology provide optimal read rates. The Olympus II MT processes outgoing letter mail (using postal address files) or incoming letter mail (using a customer provided database). rnrnThe four-tier design is configurable for 16 to 480 pockets with unique 90-degree or 180-degree U-turn optional configurations to give you a lot of sorting power in a small footprint.
